Warm and welcoming space with a loving, non-judgmental vibe. Loved my gentle yoga class, lots of stretching and kindness.

Everyone here is really nice and they always seem happy to see you. You check in with the front desk and they direct you to which room your class is in. The 4:30 class gets pretty hot during the winter with the sunset coming into the windows, so I would beware of that if you're sensitive to heat. The instructors all seem really knowledgeable and they're all really patient with the beginners (me). There are blocks and other additional props you might need during practice in the room in case you didn't bring your own.
